Dear Students and Parents,
As we start this new school year, I wanted to introduce myself and share a bit about who I am.
My name is Mrs. Carolyn Moody, and I am excited to begin my 13th year as an educator. This will be my second year at Stetson Hills.
As a mother, I deeply value the role of education in shaping young minds. My oldest child is now a Senior at SDOHS, my daughter is an grader at Stetson Hills, and my youngest is beginning 3rd grade at Stetson Hills as well.
Having grown up in Phoenix and attended Deer Valley Unified School District schools, including Sunrise Elementary, Desert Sky Middle School, and Deer Valley High School, I feel a strong connection to our school community.
Teaching is my passion, and I am dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment where every student can thrive. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and our two dogs. I also love traveling, especially to the beach, and I hope to visit Crystal River, FL, one day to see manatees in their natural habitat.
I look forward to a year of learning, growth, and shared experiences with all of you. Let’s work together to make it a great one!
