Students are to come to class prepared and ready for physical activity. This means properly fitting shoes, shorts, sweats, or T-shirts should be worn or brought to class. We do not require dressing out but will give time to those students requesting it. 100% effort is expected during each unit. Units can last as little as 1 day or as long as 3 weeks. Proper use of equiptment is expected at all times.
